What really is a “good value”?
Most customers are looking for the best value, a balance between competitive pricing and quality. Unfortunately, value has become an overused word that has lost meaning. At Spectrum Homes, offering a good value is not building a home in the cheapest way, nor is it building a home in the most expensive way. We consider a good new home value a home building experience that meets the customers' needs in terms of quality, expectations and overall service. By carefully selecting proven products offering the best quality for the money, we can provide maximum value for each dollar spent.

Service is a factor
Establishing expectations is a critical factor in the value equation and perhaps the most often underrated by consumers when shopping for a builder. The quality of your building experience depends on service. We select each Spectrum Home supplier and subcontractor based on their ability to provide a high level of service to us so that we can deliver on the promises made to you. As a customer to our suppliers and subcontractors, just like you, we demand perfection in timing, craftsmanship and follow-up in order to meet the expectations of every Spectrum Home buyer.
Building a Spectrum Home is a partnership
Building a home with Spectrum Homes is a partnership. Whether you know exactly what you want or need some guidance, at some level, you will depend on our ability to help you make good decisions. Our experience has taught us that our success can boil down to how we help support you in those decisions. We feel that we excel in this area because whether your initial contact with us is through a phone call or you stop in one of our furnished models, an experienced Spectrum staff member is there to work with you on your terms. We have model homes, a fully equipped selection room and a Selections Coordinator to provide the resources needed for you to add tangibility to your vision.
Total Quality Assurance
Our “TQA” system is something you will not find offered by any other builder, period. Our Total Quality Assurance program is a check and balance system that oversees the building process, ultimately ensuring a consistency in quality for every Spectrum Home. “TQA” involves one on one meetings with our customers both pre-construction and on site during construction. Quality control multi-page detailed checklists have been developed for us to scrutinize every aspect of the home before we ask you.
A relationship you can trust
When we are ready to deliver your new home, you are given a thorough pre-delivery inspection list showing you the results of our inspections and a warranty book outlining all of the benefits of our comprehensive post settlement warranty service program. If you need service, we have the resources to solve many of the routine issues without depending on a third party. To us this is a valuable framework that provides us the opportunity to make every Spectrum Home building experience a successful one.
