INITIAL SITE VISIT
We will meet with you at your “Homesite” to discuss the house placement, site improvements and any special building requirements.

ONE ON ONE ATTENTION
You meet with the builder to establish a home design, detailed estimate and time frame for completion.

COMPREHENSIVE PRE-COSTRUCTION MEETING
After you receive your own blue print, cost estimate, detailed specifications and a building agreement, we will go through a comprehensive checklist to make sure that your new home will include all the desired features.

ON SITE DURING CONSTRUCTION
We value the opportunity to meet with you at your Homesite during various phases of construction. At these meeting, we can address and review your specific needs during the framing, electrical and pre-settlement stages.

TOTAL QUALITY ASSURANCE WALK-THRU
Before we meet for your new home orientation, our skilled “in house” craftsmen prepare a detailed quality checklist to evaluate the entire home.

PRE-SETTLEMENT ORIENTATION
This is the day we deliver your new home as well as personally complete another satisfaction checklist.

POST SETTLEMENT
A big part of our Total Quality Assurance program is letting you know that we care beyond the day that you move in. We stand behind every Spectrum Home with a one year Spectrum Home Warranty, a 10 Year Quality Builders’ Warranty and many individual warranties for the “name brand” products in your home.
