Briarwood Commons

Briarwood Commons is one of the first Active Adult Communities in Whitehall Township. Some of the community features will be first floor master suites, two car garages, full basement (walk out per lot), optional second floor with additional bedroom and bath, formal dining area, his and her walk in closets and master bath suite. Fall 2009, a new Ranch Collection will be introduced offering well-appointed amenities on a smaller scale. Last but not least a community clubhouse to host community events.
